How many people can I bring with me?
Brunello Villa comfortably sleeps 6 people. The house has one king-sized bed and four twin beds. The sofa is not a pull-out couch, but it could potentially be slept on if in a pinch. We recommend a maximum of 6 people for the best experience.
Will I need to put down a security deposit?
Yes. We require a $200 (€180 £150) security deposit collected up front when we invoice you for 20% of the booking cost to secure your dates. When the home is left in good condition, we will return the security deposit within 2 weeks of your checkout date.
How do I get directions to the villa?
The address is 802 Brunello Drive Davenport, Florida 33897-8337, which is at the southeast intersection of Route 27 and Florence Villa Grove Road. You can plug the address into a GPS, or use Mapquest to find reliable directions. Unless you bring your own car, we recommend renting a car as opposed to relying on public transportation.
How do I get the key to the villa?
Before your arrival, we will send instructions on the key-code entry for the Tuscan Hills main gate as well as the villa’s lock box via email to your booking email address. Should you have any trouble getting in to the villa, you can always call our property manager, Tammy Moore, who would be more than happy to assist you.
Whom do I contact if I have a problem at the villa or with my booking?
The villa’s property manager is Tammy Moore. She is local to Florida, and is just a few minutes down the road. Should you have any issues during your stay please call her. Should you have any questions about your booking, please contact Erin Weigel, the booking manager of the property.
What is the cancellation policy?
Only the deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days in advance of your check-in date. Full cost of booking, including the deposit is 50% refundable if the cancellation occurs between 30-60 days in advance of your check-in date. Full cost of booking, including the deposit, is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 30 days in advance of your check-in date.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Brunello Villa.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely! Brunello Villa is a great vacation home to have a Disney Family vacation. Its proximity to the Disney theme parks makes it ideal for kids of all ages. In addition, Tuscan Hills has a game room in the clubhouse as well as a communal play set to keep them busy when you’re not at the parks. The private pool comes with a child safety screen, however, children should always be supervised while swimming. Babies are also welcome at Brunello Villa, and we offer a crib, stroller, and high chair for your convenience at no extra cost.
Are there any additional fees?
Most costs are included in the price of the booking. However, pool heat and cleaning service are both an additional fee. Pool heat is an optional extra and can be added to your booking fee. Every guest is required to pay a $95 cleaning fee, so the villa is left in good condition for the next guests. This fee is waived for stays of more than 1 week.
Can I smoke at Brunello Villa?
Smoking is prohibited inside of Brunello Villa. However, smoking is permitted by the pool or outside. We ask that you please dispose of your cigarette butts properly in an ash tray, and never put a recently smoked cigarette butt in the trash can.
How and when do I pay?
To secure your dates, we will send you an invoice via your booking email address. If the booking is made more than 60 days in advance or more of your check-in date, we will require the security deposit and 20% of the cost of your total booking, plus any additional fees. The balance is due by 60 days in advance. If the booking is made less than 60 days in advance of your check-in date, we require full payment of the security deposit, the total cost of the booking, and any applicable fees.
You can pay via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express, a bank transfer, or by check. Payment instructions will be written on your invoice.
